Hair & Makeup by Natasha Terms & Conditions
On completion of your booking, you accept that you are entering into a contract and you agree to be bound by these conditions.
PAYMENT
20% deposit of the full balance is payable upon booking. Only once your deposit has been paid is your booking confirmed. The deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is to be paid in full one month prior to your wedding date. This can be paid via bank transfer and details can be located on your invoice.
Failure to pay on time could result in your booking being cancelled and your date released.
Travel expenses- a mileage cost will apply for locations situated outside of Oxford at a rate of 45p per mile. Travel for destination weddings can be discussed during quotation.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
TRIALS
All trials take place at the Artists address unless prior agreement and travel will be charged for.
Trials take place during week days only, no trials will take place at weekends or on bank holidays.
The cost of your trial is a separate service charge and payment of your trial will need to be made in full before your appointment. The remaining balance of your wedding is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding day. The deposit comes off the remaining balance of your wedding and not the cost of your trial.
Trials are non refundable under any circumstances
If you are more than 20 mins late for your trial appointment your trial will need to be rescheduled and you may still be charged for the appointment.
SKIN ALLERGIES/CONDITIONS
Before any makeup application the client must inform the makeup artist of any skin conditions or allergies which may be affected by the use of the makeup artists tools or products. The makeup artist will not be held responsible for any reactions that may occur, if any skin conditions were not stated before the application of makeup.
The makeup artist has the right to refuse the makeup service to clients if any abusive or threatening behaviour (in any way) is felt during the booking. Any cancellation due to this reason will not enable any refunds and full payment from the client will still be outstanding.
TIME DELAYS
The makeup artist will not be held responsible for any delays caused by events beyond their control.
A schedule of the day will be provided it’s important that all Bridal party members are aware of their scheduled time. If they miss their time allocation, they will unfortunately not be able to get their full service completed.
Touch ups are scheduled at the end of the services being completed, artists are booked up until this end time. Please ensure your bridal party are ready for any touch ups needed as per your schedule.
CLIENT CANCELLATION
Here are the following charges should the client wish to cancel their booking with Natasha:
Cancellation of booking within 30 days of the wedding date= 100% of the remaining balance invoiced must be paid to Natasha.
Cancellation of booking within 60-31 days of the wedding date= 75% of the remaining balance must be paid to the makeup artist.
The 20% deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances other than cancellation by the makeup artist.
The client is required to give a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice to the makeup artist to any changes (more or less) in the number of people having the makeup service in the bridal party. If you have anyone within the bridal party who changes their mind and decides not to have their makeup or hair done within 4 weeks of the wedding date the total price invoiced will still be charged. Please ensure that others in your bridal party wanting Hair and makeup services are 100% confirmed to avoid any disappointment.
MAKEUP ARTIST CANCELLATION
It's never happened however, in the event of serious case of illness such as a Hospital stay, if your Hair and makeup artist needed to cancel their confirmed booking with you, in such circumstance all efforts will be made to find a replacement Makeup artist with details and photos of the makeup look you decided. If no replacement is found, the full amount paid, not including any trial service will be refunded to you. Any services already completed by the makeup artist will still be charged for.

All contact is via email only, telephone and social media will be asked to contact via email at [email protected] for continuity and to ensure no contact is missed.
Please expect some delays during peak season March- September. Admin will be picked up in order of receipt.
PHOTOGRAPHY
To increase Natasha's Portfolio consent from the bride will be discussed to use any photography taken on the day for publicity reasons. These may be used on Natasha's website and social media pages.
